Worldwide Manager, Xilinx University Program (XUP)
You will lead a highly-skilled, international team whose goal is to ensure that universities and academics all over the world can use Xilinx technology in their teaching and research. You will manage the day-to-day operations of a highly successful university program serving more than 20,000 academics worldwide. With the rapid evolution in Xilinx technologies and also educational technologies, this is a very exciting and challenging role with considerable opportunity for further expansion and innovation.
· Promote the use of Xilinx All Programmable Technologies in leading universities
· Lead a highly-skilled international team
· Manage and optimize the activities of the Xilinx University Program (XUP) worldwide including activities such as:
o Marketing university-specific products and initiatives
o Working with eco-system partners to develop hardware platforms and training material
o Worldwide order and donation fulfillment
o Adhering to budgetary, legal and export compliance guidelines
o Developing and maintaining scalable business processes
o Working in close partnership with other internal Xilinx teams and external partners to advance XUP effectiveness
o Explore and develop new partnerships within academia, industry and government to further develop the impact of XUP
o Oversee XUP event schedule including professor workshops, design contests, user forums, etc
o Identity and qualify opportunities for research collaboration and investment in academia
o Identity and propagate examples of best practice in teaching and research
· Maintain up-to- date knowledge of new developments in relevant markets and industries
